Refund policy

We want you to be happy with what you ordered. If something isn't right, get in touch and we'll sort it out.

Changed your mind

You have 30 days from delivery to return an unworn item in its original condition with tags still attached. We'll refund the purchase price to the card you paid with. Return postage for a change of mind is at your cost.

Sizing and swaps

Sizing varies between styles, so check the measurements on the product page before you order. If you need a different size, contact us within 30 days and we'll swap it where we still have stock.

Faults and our mistakes

If an item turns up faulty or damaged, or it isn't what you ordered, email hello@parablechurch.com with your order number and a photo. We'll cover return postage and either replace the item or refund it, whichever you'd rather.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing on this page limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or a refund for a major failure, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality and the problem does not amount to a major failure.

Starting a return

Email hello@parablechurch.com with your order number and what you would like to happen. We'll send you a return address and talk you through it. Please hold onto the item until you hear back from us.
